Phase 4: Evaluation and Improvement Planning

Workshops do not typically result in a formal, comprehensive After Action Report / Improvement Plan (AAR); however, it may be beneficial to develop a final report, or Summary Report, to capture the discussions conducted, issues raised, and proposed revisions to be made to the validated plan, policy, and/or procedure.
